Features include a manual control with pilot light, removable drip tray, 4-3/8 inch stainless steel splash guard, and 3-1/4 inch wide front grease trough. This griddle has a stainless steel front and top rail, aluminized steel rear and sides, and adjustable 4 inch nickel plated steel legs.
This unit is shipped for natural gas but can be easily converted to liquid propane (LP) with the LP conversion kit which is included.
