At Chefs' Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional-grade kitchen tools. If an item doesn't meet your culinary standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' section to locate the items you wish to return and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and affix it to the outside of the box, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
