The Metro C519-CFC-U Non-Insulated Aluminum Heated Holding / Proofing Cabinet delivers reliable performance for basic proofing and holding needs. This full height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door that provides visibility of the content of the cabinet without the heat loss associated with opening the door and is set on (4) 5 inch casters.
The bottom mount control module can be set to 3 different settings - holding, proofing and combination. Module is removable without tools for easy cleaning and servicing. Cabinet has a temperature range of 80°F to 190°F and can hold up to (18) 18 inch by 26 inch sheet pans or (34) 12 inch by 20 inch by 2-1/2 inch sheet pans on 1-1/2 inch increments.
This product measures at 69-3/4 inches tall by 25-1/8 inches wide by 30-1/4 inches deep. 120v/60/1-ph, 2000 watts, 16.7 amps, NEMA 5-20P, UL, CUL, NSF.
