The True TSSU-48-12D-4-HC Solid 4 Drawer Sandwich / Salad Refrigerated Prep Table is crafted of all stainless steel front, top and ends with corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back. The stainless steel, patented, foam insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness and minimize condensation. Removable for easy cleaning. Includes a 11-3/4 inch deep,1/2 inch thick, full length removable cutting board. Approved white polyethylene provides tough preparation surface. Comes standard with (12) 1/6 size clear polycarbonate, NSF approved, food pans in countertop prep area. Each heavy-duty stainless steel drawer accommodates one (1) 12 inch by 18 inch by 6 inch food storage box (boxes supplied by others) or one 1/3 size and one 1/2 size pan (sold separately). The patented forced-air design holds 33F to 41F (.5C to 5C) product temperature in food pans and cabinet interior.
