The Story
The True TWT-72 Three Section Work Top Refrigerator is designed using the highest quality materials and components to provide the user with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs and exceptional food safety. True utilizes stainless steel with a high tensile strength to minimize dents and scratches to the front, sides and top. The back of the TWT-72 is a matching finished aluminum. The top and back splash are of one piece formed construction preventing bacteria and food particles from being trapped underneath. The (3) door refrigerator is designed with self-closing doors that offer a 90 degree stay open feature. The positive seal doors are fitted with 12 inch long recessed handles and removable one piece magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning.
With a capacity of 19 cubic feet, the cabinet has an attractive interior with a clear coated aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, and covered corners. The (6) heavy duty shelves are PVC coated and adjustable on inch increments. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using Ecomate. Ecomate is a high density polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). The front breathing TWT-60 is equipped with (4) 5 casters with the (2) front castors locking for easy maneuverability. The oversized, environmentally friendly (134A), patented forced-air refrigeration system holds 33F to 38F (.5C to 3.3C) in cabinet interior. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and larger fan blades give True work top units a more efficient, low velocity, high volume airflow design.
