This drink machine includes thermal protection to prolong the motor life and a fully enclosed actuators that prevent mix from entering the housing. The electronic, 3-speed and pulse controls maintain speed under load for optimal performance - 15,000 / 18,000 / 21,000 RPM. This unit includes (2) agitators for each spindle: (1) solid agitator for mixing hard ice creams and aerating for increased yield, (1) butterfly agitator for softer ice creams and mix-ins. The increased cup clearance slides cups into position without tilt.
